This is a dinner menu dating back to October 2022.
I prepared it on the occasion of my cousin’s visit to Greece.
The menu has two pages, followed by two pages of notes on the two dishes.
Pretentiously but at the same time authentically I have named my home “Bistro Olvios”.
‘Olvios’ is a Greek word going al the way back to Homer and it means “happy”.
The source of the dictionary entry is the Liddell, Scott, Jones Ancient Greek Lexicon (LSJ), which is most probably the best known Ancient Greek-English dictionary.
